Title: Charleston Rice Muffins **

1/2cButter or margarine; soften
1cSugar
2 Eggs
2cFlour
1tbBaking powder
1cMilk
1cRice; cooked

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mix alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Mix well after each addition. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425~ for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
